Backfill
One of the many pleasures of visiting the states this year was spending time with family and friends. It was the best part of the trip, really.
New Year's Day found Bb off with her pal Heather for chatting and shopping.
Steve was invited to join his brother and family for a day at the beach- we headed to Mavericks' hoping to see some big wave riding, but in the end we had to be satisfied with incredible weather, an abundance of shorebirds, and a boiling sea.
