Despite the early(ish) hour, the bellies full of greasy sugar and the (for us) cold weather (42!!) we sure enjoyed seeing Keith again |
Headed back to Epping Forest to snap some photos of the beautiful Severn River (complete with Heron in the lower right) |

Donuts! Steve has been pining for a good greasy donut for months, in this little Thai-food/ donut shop, we got our fix |

And we took some pics with Keith in the parking lot, which seems to be a little tradition we've got with him |

Couldn't help but admire the private docks just steps from people's back door |
More river-bank park beauty |
Casa Smith (very much pre-remodel, they would be quick to add) |

How's this for cool? The actual plane in which Howard Hughes set the air-speed record (remember that scene from the Aviator?) |
Bb graces one of the tallest Corinthian columns in the USA. Most of the rest of the tallest corinthian columns in the USA are in the background, within the National Building Museum |
Don't recall what this building is, but it is by the Metro stop at Junction Square, and very pretty red brick |
